Nicely designed hotel with wonderful view of the bay, beautiful restaurant. Good and unbeatable location for visiting bars and restaurants adjacent to the venue.

This place offers a convenient location near Sun World Halong Park Recreation Center and we had a lovely stay during the Set holiday.

The WiFi connection wasn't very reliable, which made it difficult for us to plan our daily activities. , the staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable about local attractions, which left us feeling a bit lost at times.

Novotel Ha Long Bay was perhaps not the most expensive hotel we had during our one month trip to Vietnam and Cambodia, but definitely the best. The rather dull exterior hides stunningly beautiful interior design both in public spaces like the hall, the bar and the restaurant, and in the hotel rooms. Staff are very friendly, competent, and fluent in English. A very pleasant experience.
